Who Are Youth Positive Change
Youth Positive Change (YPC) is a youth-led, non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children, adolescents, and young people to become active leaders of positive social transformation. We work alongside communities to strengthen youth wellbeing, leadership, resilience, and inclusion.
At YPC, we believe that when young people are supported, protected, and empowered, they become powerful agents of peace, development, and sustainable change.

Why We Exist
Young people in Burundi face multiple, interconnected challenges that limit their opportunities and wellbeing. These include unequal access to quality education and skills development, psychosocial distress, unemployment and economic insecurity, climate vulnerability, persistent gender inequality, and limited inclusion in decision-making processes that affect their lives.
